	Mr. Wafula Werimo Atanansi	Chairperson	Secondary School teacher. He is currently the secretaris: Buswale Parish counsel. Served on NAADS committee and other bodies.
	Mr. Maloba Thomas	Vice Chairperson	Primary teacher, former head teacher of Buswale Primary school. Currently he is the Namayingo District Inspector of schools.
	Mrs. Alitwala Osinya Alice	Treasurer	Completed senior four, a leader of the married women.
	Mrs. Wanyama Margaret	Secretary	She is the head teacher of Buswale Primary school. Has experience in community development work. Chairperson of a women’s group.
	Sr. Margaret Ahimbisibwe	Member	Primary teacher. A religious nun with experience in pastoral issues and ecucation.
	Mr. Owor Centurio	Member	Trained in bookkeeping. He is a change agent, prominent farmer inder the BUCAPIDO programme.
	Mr. Wandera Robert	Member	Leader of the youth, has served on Buswale parish counsil.
